Don't you know not to ask Lauren about this stuff?  You have to ask her coach first.  She doesn't have any say in the matter.

As part of our training, Turtle and I are going to be working on our sports bra flashing technique on Friday night around 630PM. So any of you in the Reston, Sterling, Herndon let us know cuz we need places to practice! We do accept gifts of beer, or lets be honest, zima.

Luckily there will be a guy hanging in my condo for one training "opportunity" but anyone else available, let us know.

Then its time to go to the dance off!

I may have to skip my 6 yoga for this. I will leave 2 zima's/fruity drinks hanging in the trees for you...not that I have any of those kind of drinks in my place....

I think it's on my radar. I really need to get on this, though. I have to a) decide if I am doing a half prior to IMLP (I am very delicate, so it might not be possible), b) decide WHEN I will be best served by doing a half (will probably be earlier than most people's tune-up halves, due to aforementioned delicacy), and c) what half I want to do.

I'll keep you posted .
