Artemis - 2009-12-10 12:28 PM If I put my head down, my nose runs like a faucet.  I think the saline rinse didn't completely come out this morning.

Do what I did.  Re-do it, but use water that's still too hot.  This will make you sneeze like you've never sneezed before and clear your head completely.  It may also burn the first bit of the inside of your nose, but some losses are acceptable.

Both options sound bad.  Not sure which is worse.

The momentary burning was worse.  Having my head clear was great.

Having my head clear would be a nice change.  Guess it's worth a try.

If you do try, just make sure you don't fill up your sinus with the hot water.  The water seriously just touched the inside of my nose and my body reacted and caused the sneeze.  Be careful

Don't do it Jen.  And I WILL say "I told you so" if it goes afoul...

That's fair

Aikidoman - 2009-12-10 12:26 PM Tony, do you still feel the race in your legs?  I do.  Not really sore anymore or walking funny, but there is a little something that tells me I did something.
Yeah well you ran 26 miles. And then 0.2 more. So ... yes I'm feeling it only four days later. Swimming, slow short jogs, lifting. No running for a while and you'll be good to go. In your case, suntanning, pizza and eating lots of cruise ship food.

according to my Garmin, I also ran .15 more than that.  Must have been the zig zagging or taking the outside of turns.  Or the Garmin is not accurate.

I would guess inaccurate Garmin.  I know mine isn't perfect.  It recorded a 5k I ran as being almost completely in the Mississippi river.

I though it was pretty good actually.  I can run the exact 6 mile route and the Garmin is only 0.01 to 0.02 different each time.

Mine may be going back one of these days if its trouble acquiring satellites doesn't go away.  That could be part of the issue for me.

Does it take a long time?  I would say it takes a minute or two for mine.  I just turn it on and leave it by a window or outside as I change into my running gear.  By the time I'm ready, so is the Garmin.

Yeah, mine sometimes takes 10-15 minutes.  It's annoying.

He's right, it may not be a good idea.  Wouldn't be the first time I've had a bad one.

That's not right.  I traveled to Denver from Vegas and even with the traveling, It was able to pick them up in about 5 (after it asked me if I was inside or had traveled over 100 miles).

I would return it if you can or get it repaired.

Nobody is going out for lunch today. When I went outside there were probably four or five delivery vehicles on the curb and NOBODY at Chipotle. I was the only one getting food.

I going to give Kudos to the mods.  They seem to be relaxed with TAN and at the same time, cracked down QUICK on some bad posts/threads.

As things should be...

My image is so synonymous with bacon, it's ridiculous. I get picture texts all the time of people cooking bacon. But hey, bacon is awesome, so I'm ok with it...

Yeah, the mods don't like being brown-nosed... Especially with the cold weather and all...

I don't have any good convo starters. My insides kinda hurt, and I am not sure if I should just take the first job I'm offered (if I am offered one). That's all I got - take your pick

I did find out though, that my sis won't be coming home for Christmas until the 26th now, and I am leaving on the 27th to come back here, so that means I'll be home for 3 days with just my parents. I will be taking the dogs on some LOOOONG walks.

You should be on the lookout for weirdos to take pics of and post on peopleofwalmart.com. Might make it more fun.
