I am back!  I got some decent shots o' the shuttle.  It was really low AND they did a nice circle around the U of A mall area ....  sort of a fly by in honor of astronaut Mark Kelly (who was there somewhere) as he was the last person to fly the damn thing. 

It's like 101 degrees out too .. and humid.  And these 2 adorable college girls latched on to me for awhile and asked me tentatively .. "you don't go to school here .. do you?".  I said no , but I did in 1981-83.  They said "1981!!! .. OMG.  Are you retired now?".   Children are so cute. 

And yet, you can probably swim, bike, and run faster than they can (and I am sure you look better).

It's like 101 degrees out too .. and humid.  And these 2 adorable college girls latched on to me for awhile and asked me tentatively .. "you don't go to school here .. do you?".  I said no , but I did in 1981-83.  They said "1981!!! .. OMG.  Are you retired now?".   Children are so cute. 

ok that is funny stuff.

101 degrees it is like 55 here.. We just went from 80 degree weather to 55 degree in like one day.

I usually threaten to push the cute ones in the water at the boathouse particularly when they are hanging out on the dock while we are trying to get the boat in the water.

Ha!  The really odd thing is one of them asked me for my phone number and if I had Facebook.  She was interested in photography stuff that we were talking about.  I can't get a man to ask me out or for my number but I can get an 18 year girl to??  I am clearly doing it wrong. 

I am sure a lot of guys would kill to have that problem.

My wife has all the luck.  I think she did a showgirl gig with former mayor Oscar Goodman at interbike...  That's not special and happens all the time, but the fact that Miguel Indurain was also in the pic.  That's kind of cool.  I'll post a pic when I get it.
