So TAN, I am going out with the Captain tonight.  First time in a long time I feel ready to face him and to be honest I have no clue how it will go?  We talk little about the expectation, or plan of the night.   

I have waited 6 week to see him, as he has been in Chicago a lot as of late but can't resist anymore and feel like I need it.

Do we all know how this story ends?

No doubt.  I can eat a weeks worth of calories if I sit down with a bag of cookies from the bakery or a bag of oreos.

Seriously though.  How come ANYTHING filling and/or fun is high in calories?

Low calorie stuff is like eating air with regards to feeling "full".  Give me a low calorie "full" feeling food, and I may be interested.

Who has an Ipad or Iphone?

Get Clash of Clans.  Tis SOOOOOO much fun!  But I guess it suits me.  It's sort of a building/planning game with some minor skirmishes.  I like games like Sim City and Civilization and Age of Empires so I can build civilizations.

You should get Civ V if you don't have it.  It's seriously one of the best Civ games, yet.

I had 3 cookies with lunch, Oatmeal Raisin.  So very tasty

I had no cookies with lunch.  Lunch was not very tasty as it was.   

Confession.  I like then when they were a bit simpler.  They are getting SO complex.  There is a fun version of Civilization for PS3.  Has most of the same function and game play, but dumbed down a bit.  I fired up Civ 4 for the PC and got a bit overwhelmed.

I also thought Sim City 2000 was a little more fun than sim City 4 (the latest).  I LOVE the graphics improvements, but the game play is very involved.  Almost too much to manage (for the time I want to spend at it).

If I were to look back, I would say Sim City 2000 was my absolute most favorite game of ALL TIME.  Then maybe Doom?  Then the Space Quest series.  Assassin's creed series and CoD series round out my top 5.

ETA:  They are releasing Sim City 5 this March.  I'm tempted.  I'm sure the graphics are amazing!

I'm thinking I should do something about that? 

But if you get all staightened out you will probably get taller then Tony will need a new box.

A lot of this is do to just getting older.....eh?  There is no one who lines up after their late teens. 

Even people with no pain/symptoms are shifted. 

By no means an expert but done a lot of research. 

So... do you just go get an alignment done like you would with your car, or is this the sort of thing where you start doing lots of core work and it all pulls itself back together?
