2250yds in the pool at masters, with flip turns and bilateral breathing all day long! Might not sound like much to our fish, but for me, it is a huge deal. I can do both independently for short periods of time, but I've never been able to do both at the same time for a whole practice. I still need a lot of work on the timing of the flip turns, but I'm getting there.
Anyone have big plans for the long weekend? I'll be doing a long ride tomorrow (hopefully ), a long run Satursday, and a long swim on Monday--if the work gods and the weather gods play along with my plans, that is. Otherwise, I'll adjust accordingly. |
