It wasn't like BLACK and GRAY - that could possibly work. It was GRAY and BROWN. Is this a new trend I'm not aware of, or did this guy just get dressed in the dark? Any charting or reports on the Doctor? Doc date last night was very MEH. A little awkward, not much conversation. I get that he is exhausted from saving lives and started a difficult rotation this week and has to give a lecture this weekend - yeahyeahyeah! But it was weird. Got a kiss good night (?) and went back into the bar for more drinks alone. Yup. I'm that girl. Plans for two separate outings with two different guys this weekend. Unfortunately for me, I am firmly in the friend zone with both of them. I think. Just me, I show enthusiam with a girl I'm just starting to date, no matter how tired I am. I assure them that I'm not myself and quicklly make plans to make it up to them. Just me. x2 I an very respectful and honest.....but I tend to put very little effort forth until I have decided they are worth it and earn it. Just a quick question. If you don't put an effort till they earn it. What if they do the same thing? And feel you are not worth putting in the effort till you earn it? Then you both dont' try and you could miss out on a great thing. But sometimes you just "know" if someone is worth it or not. Or into you or not. Better way of putting it: Of course I have to put effort, shower, usually shave (just in case), get cute, lotion up (again just in case), pluck, smell good, put on cute panties and bra(again just in case) and have good talk, fun and flirting.....but I dont go out of my way to fitting them into MY schedule, jump at the chance to see them, cook a nice dinner/breakfast for them, or do special little things to show I care until I know feeling from both parties are both there. Does that make sense? Remember I am new at singlism too....I will learn for mistakes as I go.
That's the catch 22 of it all. If you do those things then 50% of the time they think you're coming on too strong or are too needy. If you don't do those things then 50% of the time they think you aren't interested. For you, I whip in a pair of pig tails, short-shorts, and sports bra and say "let's get super sweaty together". So you are right it is circumstantial. I like that idea!

So I was looking at some old pics of the new girl and it's funny how similar she looks to my last girlfriend. I mean she's a heck of a lot taller, and sounds a lot different, and overall is a million times more stable in the head but in some shots of her face they could be sisters. Flights are all whacked. My flight from Boston to Heathrow was diverted to Frankfurt. BA parked our plane on the tarmac and shipped us to some hotel on the fringe of the airport. I'm watching biathlon in German on TV. I have the same clothes since friday morning, they aren't giving us our luggage. We MAY get out tomorrow is all they'll promise. My girl was able to drive by herself for the first time and she kicked butt. I was a proud dad watching her drive around the track with a focused look on her face.
