Woman-- One of my legs weighs more than your WHOLE body!  You might be scrappy...but if I can catch you, I can put a hurtin' on you!

Wrasslin' match, huh?  I am guessing the boys are thinking "SWEET---maybe clothes will be ripped off!"

Anyone got an updated spreadsheet?  It's about time to drop the hammer to get to the finish line if we're gonna do it...

We've got 2 weekends left, and it would probably be a good idea to get 'visibility' to the stats AND generate some 'motivation' before this weekend.

Go Yeunglingings!!!!!

Here you go. My swim got derailed this morning, but should be able to fit it in tonight. Also have a 40 minute run and a hour bike to fit in some time today.

Thanks for crunching the numbers for us, again, Jean!

P.S.  I have already added an hour swim to these numbers.

Good job everyone. Let's have a strong weekend. I'm taking my rest day today instead of tomorrow but have a big few days planned. We are only in 4th place at the last tally so we've got our work cut out for us.

I moved today.  1:00 swimming for 2800 yds, and 1:46 running for 10.8 miles.  Now, I'm finished moving.

Unless we go on a family bike ride this evening.

I've been enjoying my rest day, but have made some major progress on my core goals - have done 15% of the month goal just today! More should come tonight.

Allright, I just read team dundancy's thread for the week.  They're reveling in their glory, supportive of each other, understanding of small setbacks and positive in their feedback to each other.  THAT'S no way to run a team, we ALL know this.

Let's get out and kick ass, take what's rightfully ours with the NC / MI / FL / west coast 'tude that we are famous - in - famous - are known for?!  Dammit, just go friggin' workout.  Now.

That's right rickster. Let's kick some ass everybody. We had first last month and there's no room for second place now.

I should be done my run by Thursday, my swim should be done (at the last minute) on Tuesday the 30th. My bike, however, is in serious distress. It looks like I'll be behind by 5 hours (and that's after whatever I end up doing tomorrow). I'll try to add a couple long rides in, but 5 hours is a LONG time.

Not that I'm trying to distract everyone from my dismal month, or anything, but don't forget that Wakeman (and Lara) are computer-challenged right now, so our placement doesn't take their numbers into consideration.

I think I've finally pulled my head out of my ass for this challenge!  I'm almost entirely caught up from the hole I've dug for myself earlier this month.  Woo Hoo!

Planned bike to date:  158 miles   actual:  166.21
Planned run to date:  61.5 miles   actual:  56.32  (used to be down 10...only down 5 now)
Planned swim to date:  22000 y   actual:  22050   WOOOOOOOO!

Kind of makes all the soreness feel kinda good doesn't it.    And this weekend is going to be so freaking huge, I'm thinking I'll even catch trixie and seperate the Christian, Shannon sandwich.  LOL!

Trash talking this early in the challenge....big mistake.  Lets use it to fire things up.  Kick ass TEAM YUENGLING!   There is no way that I'm going to finish with anything less than 100%.

Here's my progress vs planned:
Swim - Up by 700 yds
Bike - Dead even.
Run - Up by 4.7mi
Core - Down by 163. Will take a large chunk out of that tonight (I was down by 340 just 5 days ago, so progress is being made).
I have a big weekend planned also, as Jeff mentioned.
Enjoy your weekends everyone, and DO IT FOR THE TEAM!!!
