I'm in for 220 miles. If I don't resolve this insomnia, the wheels are going to fall off my training plan very quickly.

Despite what some of the wags on here think, doing a 16-hour ironman is not the ultimate goal for everyone.

I am running a M-A-R-A-T-H-O-N this weekend. in South Bend, Indiana.  That's running, not the walking crap you do that passes for running. I am and will be out of town for five days. I did not take my bike out of town to a M-A-R-A-T-H-O-N, since that is a running race. So of course any moron who rides a bike in the next five days will have more cycling miles than I.

Sheesh, what a maroon.

So, you're running a M-A-R-T-H-O-N this weekend.  Where does it say in the rules you can't ride a bike during the times you're not running a M-A-R-A-T-H-O-N?  Last I checked this was Beginner T-R-I-A-T-H-L-E-T-E dot com.
