Coming out of the closet and accepting the fact that I am just not happy but I need to be accountable.

Starting at: 259.8
Goal: 250

Color me: disgusted with gaining SO MUCH weight back after I worked so hard to get it off. 

Going to try and accept it though and just go forward from here.

I was at 146 tonight after a large dinner and wine last night since I passed my certification test for work yesterday morning. However, I think the 144.8 was me being dehydrated on Monday since I have been consistently at 146 since after drinking a ton that day.
So 146 to start the month. I will try for 142 by the end we will see how that goes.

Arghh stupid weightloss. My planned goal for the end of May was 186, and I was at 189. I somehow managed to loose the next 3 pounds in 3 days, and now I'm 186 on June 4th...Lets make it 180 by the end of June

OK, I'm taking the plunge.  My name is Kelly and I am training for my first sprint tri in August.  Weight Friday morning 187.1 , goal of 179.  Haven't really been losing weight training, but I have seen changes in the way my clothes fit.

Welcome to Team Skinny and BT niasa.   The bad thing about weight loss is that it doesn't tell you everything,  but it is the easiest to track in places like this.  Measuring ankles, calfs, thighs, hips, waist, chest, etc, etc is the best way to see what is going on (and the way that clothes fit).  Just take it all in baby steps and you will achieve your goal.

You are right mamma,  It takes a lot of courage to step off into the unknown.  I don't recall how long you have been heavy (sorry),  but it has been longer than a couple years I am sure.  It has become who you are and what you are.  You are fighting yourself to become a new "What you are and who you are"  and it will be a struggle until the "NEW" you takes control.  However,  If you want to change you must keep fighting no matter what friends or family may think because they also know you for who you are now and not who you want to be.  Some will tempt you and many will sabotage you because they want you just like you are.  Stand strong and do what YOU want to do.
