Norine, I got my run in last night. Only 11 more runs to go What part of Denver are you in? My Brother-in-law lives up near Erie (right off I-25 and Hwy 7). My wife an I were just out there two weeks ago for a visit. Missed the big snow storm by a week....thank God!!!!

What does "Team Captain" entail? I might be able to do it....

I am having trouble figuring out how to get the team roster onto my blog. I know I did it WAAAY back when I did a challenge over a year ago, but for the life of me, can't remember how to do it now.

As Team Captain you get to hound us mercilessly towards our goals (like any other team member) but you also get to help keep us up to date on the spreadsheet and you get to be liaison to Dee if/when team issues arise (like illness and injury). If you want to do it, that's great. If not, I can do it.

ETA, your first order of duty would be to ask us to get our goals onto the team spreadsheet.

They've changed the log interface so much since then I'm not surprised you don't know how to do it.

Copy the text from the attachment, on your log page click on the edit button at the top, click the html button, paste in the text before the last "".

If someone has an easier way to do it, please let me know!

I did my first swim of the month, 2400m toward my 20,000m goal.

Anyone know why my hammies and mid/lower back are so sore after yesterday's ride?!?

I give - why?  Seriously, has there been a change in bike position or time spent in aero?  Did you adjust the seat for some reason and not get it back to the right position?

I can't figure it out, either. I didn't change anything and the distance was well within my usual range. Maybe it has something to do with my "brisk walk" on Saturday, my first steps back to running after 3 months?

Definitely could do it.  I experience lower back pain sometimes when doing what I like to call "running" (which is probably more like your brisk walk...)  I need to work on my core...  It's all marshmellowy....

The problem I'm having is "Copy the text from the attachment" part.

Most times it's a simple right click on the item, properties, copy, then paste at will. Not working for me here. Where is the "attachment"?

I'll be team captain. I'm a pain in the anyway, so this way I'll have a license for it! LOL!!!

I'm not sure if this helps any, but try CTRL C for copy and CTRL V for paste...  I haven't tried it yet myself.

AAARRRGGGHHH!  So, i went for a run this morning, outside, while JJ was getting ready for work.  Not 1/2 mile from the house, I slipped on a patch of ice fell and heard a crack.  Yup, I broke my ankle.  I have a follow up later this week with an ortho surgeon as I dislocated my ankle and broke my tibia and fibula.

So... I'm going to have to drop out of the challenge.  Or at least adjust my goals after the ortho appt.  I could probably still do some core work or modified yoga or pilates.

I'm just so upset.  Oh, and in quite a bit of pain.
