it is the person who gets dumped on the most though...i see our assistants here...and they do everything from ordering pizza lunches...to typing huge proposals...to planning parties...to arranging travel arrangements. I might puke too.  I don't think it's about ''hard work,'' per se ...it's that they get dumped on a lot...with various unrelated projects. I have one core job...and no one is coming at me from all areas of the company to do things for them...so, it probably is hard to keep up with it all. Yes but in my area, we support the entire company, plus have multiple external customers (media, government, board of directors, etc.). EVERYONE in our area gets pulled on by every department, every day. It's just part of the job. It may be hard to keep up some days, but that's why they pay us to be here.  And hopefully well, I hope? |
