Last year was full of a lot of firsts for me so this year I don't think I have as many "big" goals but...
PR all my races
Work on my base and build up to my first IM for 2013.
Run over 1000 miles
Lose these last 20 lbs.
I would like to
1) Run my first 1/2 marathon
2) Run 1000 miles for the year
3) Do my first OLY race
4) Work to get better on the bike - my weakest link
1. Reach my goal weight of 180 lbs by Aug 1.
2. Run 1000 miles.
3. Bike 2500 miles.
4. Finish an Xterra du event in Aug.
5. Finish at least 3 sprint dus, 1 oly du.
1 - make my goal weight , 2 - sub 5:30 HIM, 3 - improve my running (form, speed), 4 - make my IM time goal
Stay injury free to continue training at an increasing level.
Get on AG podium at a very competitive local sprint in early June (training starts on Monday)
PR the Boilermaker 15k in July, would love a sub 1:10
