Way to go Monkeys -- everyone is doing great!

I'm on travel and the airline lost my suitcase (with all of my running stuff, of course)!  Fortunately it showed up about 12 hours later, so I got a treadmill run in today.

Note to all --

Team Scrambled Eggs has decided to allow you to drop out of the January challenge as long as you agree to look directly into the camera and say "I am not more determined than a Scrambled Egg!"

Me too, Pam! I promise guys, I haven't been (and won't be) slacking off! My training plan only calls for 3 runs/week and I'm ahead of schedule.

Hope all you "poo flinging" monkeys had a good Tuesday!

Ok...now I have made it back from a very long road trip.  We decided at the last minute to head to New Orleans to see the buckeyes get smashed by LSU.  When we left we werent looking for a spankin we were hoping for a victory.  I managed one day for a an hour of a run and the other days were spent walking, walking and walking some more. It was 15 hours in the car each way.  Last nite we got stuck in Nashville when a great tunderstorm hit so we stopped there and just left early this morning and made some pretty good time.  I pretty much drove the whole way.....each trip my father took over and drove about 120 miles.  Cleared my eyeballs.  I will get in my 15 hours......dont worry monkeys.....I wont let you down.

So...... You're running and drumming at the same time?

(At least this keeps you from flinging "undesirable objects" at one another.)

Carry on.
