Just makes me wonder when I see the same people doing the same things for months. Seems like something would change. |

I do judge people that run inside on treadmills when it is absolutely beautiful out. I used to run along the river in Ft Lauderdale, and I'd run right by a fancy apartment building with a gym over looking the river walk. I did some hardcore judging then. |

Sensei ![]() | ![]() I think Jim McMahon wore sunglasses all the time because he said he stabbed himself in the eye with a fork as a kid and was embarrassed by the scare. But that could be urban legend.
Bono does it becuase it's his trademark - but that only supports the D-bag theory. |

My sister was there the first Monday after New Year's. She said it was packed, and it was also free pizza day. She judged the resolutioners that worked out for 20 minutes then had 3 pieces of pizza. |

You never, ever, ever know what someone else is going through simply by looking at them. Agreed. Someone at the gym (or walking or running) is doing the right thing - regardless of strength/speed. Someone wearing sunglasses inside at anytime is either trying to hide something, hungover, or a dbag Or just had their eyes dilated by the eye doctor? Perhaps, he is a famous person and just wants to get his reps in without having to sign a hundred autographs. I am talking possible explanations, not likely explanations. It could be. |

I try and take the time to know them before judging based off looks or something, but after awhile, we all judge people by their actions, statements and they way they live their life. First impressions mean a lot and I try not to base anything off that first impression, but that's the way it is. I do not "know" any of you here, but I have made judgements based on my interactions with the people here. We all do! |

I think that's why everyone is looking irritated at the gym these days. It's teasingly close to being outside for runs and rides. Made a decision while there last night to look "happier" while I'm sweating. I'll keep telling myself SOON! And maybe some of my good humor will rub off on people.

On the other hand, giving free pizza to your customers is a way for a gym to make sure they have to come back year after year after year... must reserve judgement...must reserve judgement...must reserve judgement |

Oh, it's a comic book. Statement withdrawn. |
