Why not put lime in BL?  You ruin other perfectly good beers with citrus.  BL is awful anyway, so you're not doing much more to it.

Oh, can we just give a shout out for Blueberry Beer, and Pumpkin Beer? Holy carp, those are yummy. Esp. blueberry beer with a whole pile of Maine blueberries floating in the glass.

Clearly, these are New England occurrences. Though Dogfishhead makes the best pumpkin ale I've ever had.

I can't ever deal with a blueberry beer for more than about half a glass. After that I'm too sick of it.

Those both sound delish. Dang. Never seen them in Kanzass - oh I saw a punkin one around Halloween but that was it.

Jameson ... NO LEMON!

I prefer a good Johnny Gold or Blue, rocks. Gold is much less expensive so that's what I usually get. Blue if it's a special occasion or the company's buying.

Well, if the beer doesn't really taste blueberry-y, and you don't overload it with blueberries, it's good and then at the end, you have beer-soaked blueberries. Mmm...I want to go to Boston Beerworks now.

Well, I grew up on land that was part blueberry farm. For like three months we ate large amounts of blueberries with every meal. Sometimes as an adult I can't even look at them without cringing.
