Aha! See! That's why I don't swim.

(OK, so I actually planned to get back in the pool this month, but my Y's pool is closed tomorrow until 12/28...so swimming has been postponed until January...still plenty of time to get back to speed by summer.)

Christmas shopping is done, finished, fin!!! Now for a quick change and a dash to run and do core before the kids come home. I need to start my soup in the crock pot and eat lunch before 4 pm, too. Stress and pressure!!

I got K to the airport, whew!

Yeah, airport run over. But I guess also a little sad to see K off. Will you be heading to Nebraska for the holidays?

she'll be back on Monday actually, this is just a trip to see a friend

we'll be staying here for the holidays - on hte 28th the kids are headed there for 6 days - C in particular is looking forward to it

yaaay for the shopping being done, I'm almos there - we got the bigesst thing that was stressing me out out of hte way last night and today

got the presents for the NE family members wrapped, packed and shipped - thank goodness!

Just finished dinner. One of my lesson kids' mom made me some chocolate, peanut butter, rice krispy treats with little m&m's on them. They are delicious!!

Hi.  I have cold toes, but a cheery heart.    The abnormal weather is kind of nice-as long as you are smart about the ice and the cold.   Things have slowed down a bit.

No.  I confiscate it from Dave when he goes to the airport.  Laughing  He empties his pockets every day, sometimes here and sometimes there.  I cleaned his room the other night, all night, when he vacated my friend's home.  Plus there was a bag of change from his previous apartment. Laughing
