I just got a call from my secretary... the heat in the church is down... furnace guy was just there working on it this week... hmmm...

awesomeness.

yay everyone sleeps in on sunday! or you can go old school and have church in someone's house.

we can't fit 120 people in anyone's house...

I suspect it will be fixed before Sunday...

Hehe, thanks - I will check it out. I've never explore dthe higher digits because I suspect we do not get them. However, I would totally buy another tier to get a bunch of triathlon to DVR and spin in front of, much to the probable dismay of my poor roommates

Let me know...

I will let the secret out of the bag.

I was going to burn them on DVD and send them to you.  But it takes a little time, so if you DO have the channel, I'll save the effort....  Let me know.  It's not problem since I'm going to do it anyway...

Aw, Jim, that's so sweet of you I will take a look tonight and let you know!

Our congregation is big enough that they don't need to turn the heat on. It gets so hot in there during the 11 am service, since that is the one that is super-crowded.

It would be just the Kona Championships (2001-2008).  I don't even watch the Olympic stuff.  I'm opposed to the drafting they allow so I don't watch - I guess I'm a purist, when it comes to that.  Tri should be mono e mono, not a pack sport, IMO...  But lets save the discussion on that for tri talk....

Oh, that's fine - I like watching the fast tri-bikes anyway. Pack cycling isn't as fun to watch, imho.

I just had some Quaker multi grain oatmeal.  I had to choke it down...  How come I rarely have to say that about BAD food?  That goes down easy.

But health food?  That, to often, is work...

Not to say there are not some wonderful dishes that are good for you - just too many nasty ones as well.

I went to a vegitarian restaurant once.  Had one of the best dishes EVER, but also had the worst breakfast burrito in existance.

HEY GOGGS.......

do you like running?

I needed 2goggs yesterday.  I got to the pool and realized I left my only pair at home.  I swam without them.  Stung my eyes.  I didn't like it.

I like the steel-cut oats, with some cinnamon and dried fruit/nuts in it with a splash or two of soymilk.

Watching the Olympic triathlon was kinda funny, cuz I think the tri-bikes look SOOO fast, and here are these crazy-a$$ athletes busting out of the water and then they hop on their ROAD BIKES and they're all upright and it looks funny, even though I know they're still going fast. I've seen pics of me on my road bike and I look like a total tool compared to those on their sweet tri-bikes.

F***ing is pretty great. But since I can't, I think running is a decent substitute. If I could do it every day, I would. But my knee might not agree with me.

why do you guys hate running?  It's not the best, but I really do enjoy it.  It's even better when you take it to the trails, get out of the city, etc...

  1. Eating animal meat = eating flesh. And that's gross.
  2. Drinking cow's breast milk is un-natural, un-necessary, and disgusting.
  3. If you're too stupid or lazy to prevent a pregnancy, the gov't should be allowed to be in your uterus.

Yep - for over 10 years...  LOVED it.  the day I moved there, I had a feeling that I was HOME...  I get home sick all the time.  If there is ANYTHING that might end my marriage, is if it gets to the point I need to go back, and she won't go.

The only other place that could give it a run (I'm guessing) is somewhere in CA.  That's because CO doesn't have an ocean - the ONLY downside.

But untill I get back to CO, I decided I could try San Fran.  The wifey would even go there as well.
