Oh yea, my race has a big expo tonight, never been to one of those, heard they are fun. I should probably be careful of my budget! I wonder if I can find a new running hat at this expo? I guess they usually have lots of goodies for sale...

Yes 10K, not too bad a distance. The last time I did one of these I got 3rd in my AG. It was a smallish local run. In this run there are over 15 thousand runners, so I probably will not be placing in much! But it is supposed to be a big festive atmosphere, so I looking forward to all the craziness!

I like their gear, my tri outfit is LG and so are a few other items in my closet.. Have fun! I hope you find some good stuff!

What did you do to your foot?  I had a nagging injury during my marathon training last fall.  I had to take a month off of running after the race


I had a minor Plantar Fasciitis, took a week off from running then restarted with a walk/run.

I have PF on both feet, only thing that worked for me is custom orthotics and message(with a frozen water bottle or tennis ball)

I think I have PF a little on my right foot.  Keeps getting cramped up and feels like I can't straighten it out all the way.
