I just checked the official results...

1:58:12

359/1029 overall

41/70 AG (45-49)

Best race ever! I suspected that as I got into longer distances, I'd be more competitive... I'm starting to have IM delusions here if I can learn to swim.

Where the heck did you find the results oh wise one?  I am impressed by that...

Yeah, learn to swim then you can join us at the TBF tri-for-real series (There's a group of us usually that go) vs. doing that du thing the day before... swim... come on... the water's nice...  (some good pics of the venu in my album, btw - same place as the du. Only of course, the du is on the wrong day!)

I feel fine.  Bottoms of feet are a little sore, but I think that's more from Saturday.  I'm officially retiring my Adidas trail runners, for my new Salomons.  I think the Adidas are causing more issues than anything at this point.  The blisters on my insteps are proof of that, me thinks.

Morning all.  And spokes, I can't think of anything that a massage by TAN ladies can't fix.

I'm flying out to Atlanta this afternoon.  Adollar...wanna run this afternoon/evening?  I'll buy you a beer.

I raced (trail run, took third and got nice prizes for the series), then went into Philly to get my number for Sunday, and we had a big ol' plate of nachos at McGillin's, and some lovely stout from Sly Fox.

How long are you in town?  My legs need at least one more day of rest from the HIM.

I forgot you were racing White Lake!!  Way to kick that course's butt.  Just shy of 23 on the bike and backing it up with a killer run...Great job.

I'm glad you're not racing FL 70.3.  I'd have to flatten your tires too.

You do realize that first sentence sounds REALLY dirty, don't you?

I think you mean the second sentence.

Let me make a few calls to the local gyms and see what their story is this week on guest passes.
