Sprint_DA - 2008-05-08 3:53 PM A bit impractical if you ask me. Stop and go traffic would be a pain, as would parallel parking.

True.

But I guess if you considered it more of a rolling apartment than a vehicle I guess it could work ok in the end.

I bet you could even get one of those endless pools if you could find a truck stop with a water hookup

That's basically what it is. It has a refrigerator and everything.

I can't remember if I told you guys this story. If I did, I apologize.

For my senior prom I was going to take a Kenworth, a lot like that Peterbilt. Word spread... and the VICE PRINCIPAL actually called me to his office and told me he didn't want me to take it. WTF? He said it promoted a bad image, the parking lot was too crowded as it is, and it would distract the attention from the prom.

Psh.

Dude... how many of your classmates rented limos for a party in the back?  You could have take a few friends in that and said you were reducing the need for parking.

Now you all understand why I was really ready to move away from central PA.

I just drove this puppy to our other location. Talk about a sweet ride! I'd run that all the time... if it weren't so expensive, and bad on fuel, and impractical. It DOES have a bed in the back........

Then I drove an '08 F550 back... it was pretty nice too. Big upgrade from the '07.

I can't stop laughing picturing this...

I wore my Red Wings, cut off flannel, mesh hat, and had a toothpick in my mouth too

shoooooooooot!  Way tah git r dun!

Just pulled out of Hy-Vee Triathlon in June and will probably be out of Troops and Tr-hawks in September.  Most likely I won't compete in the transplant games in July either.  Surgery is Tuesday.

I had friends who took an RV to prom. I got to choose between my mom's Ram pickup and my dad's Subaru Outback.

Things things I need to add to the "pet peeve" list today.....

  1. Pulling in a little too far into a parking stall and scraping my front gound effect on the curb...  AND
  2. My shampoo bottle mysteriously opening up and spilling all over the inside of my gym bag

I hate it when the shampoo thing happens.  I have mine in a little thinger, but still it's messy if that happens in that.  Bah.

I'm so mad....  DOUBLE "bah"

Wait, what?  I missed the news!!!  What's the diagnosis?

There is a tumor in my lower abdomen/pelvis.  Theey are going to go in and get it on Tuesday morning.  They can't say anything on a diagnosis until they get the biopsy back.
