Subject: RE: June BugsMy longest race ever was the February 2008 Myrtle Beach half marathon. It was also my first race ever, and remains the only one I've done. It was SO MUCH FUN. I finished in 3 hours, 12 minutes. Not blazingly speedy, but it was under my time goal, and I did run the entire way - no slowing to walk. I was SOOO proud of myself. Then, of course, I decided I deserved a break. Just a week or two. Which stretched into more weeks, and then months, and so on. Long story short, I haven't managed to drag myself fully back onto the running wagon since then. Am I the only one who does this to myself?! I should so incredibly know better by now, but I can't seem to train with any consistency. It's exceedingly frustrating, even though I know I have no one to blame but me. Yuck! ---- *edited to correct grammar mistake. Told you I'm a geek... Edited by KrisSeer 2009-06-16 1:48 PM
