Big Appa - 2011-11-22 11:12 AM So.. um. ya. What is the best part of your day so far and worst part tan?

Best: Got a nice RFP from a prospect that I've been working on.

Worst: I have a meeting with a priest tonight and I'm not wearing underwear.

Magic underwear? are you mormon?

I was coming home after picking up my turkey from the farm. Coming down River Rd, there was a BALD EAGLE perched on the tree in plain sight. I jumped out of the car and snapped a picture. Watched him for a good 3 min before he took off to the woods. Absolutely beautiful!

Holy cow, can you post the pic by chance?  Thinking of taking the family to Starved Rock in January to see the Bald Eagles migrate.  From what I have read Starved Rock has been a stop on their migration for a ton of year.

I just bought a mini fridge for my office in hopes that I will start bringing stuff from home and eating better, but the first thing I placed in it was root beer.

Hey Pete,  BRandy ice cream is pretty good if you can find a receipe for it.

Apparently there's a whole recipe book, and that is definitely one of them.

They are majestic.  When I went to alaska, they area all over the place, and I never got tired of looking at them.

Well, I think that I am just about done for the day. I have done pretty much nothing since... oh, 10am? No point staying the last 15 minutes, right?

ETA: Night, all!

Oooh my grandmother makes a rum sauce that is really meant to top mincemeat pie (disgusting), but it's delish on top of vanilla ice cream. I think it's just butter, sugar and rum - heated through.

Your parties? Hell, I live vicariously through your parties. I'm sitting here anxiously waiting for a report back about the debauchery and assorted hotties.
