Dairy Queen.  Do you like their ice milk or "brazier" food?

I hated it when they changed their chocolate.

When I was in Jr. High, my mom would always send me on my bike to go pick up an order of some DQ food.  YUM MY!!

Not a big fan of the food.  Their ice milk is ok, but I prefer McDonald's

That's PittsburgH... there's an 'H' at the end...

and I think you should do THAT marathon.

Rynamite - 2008-10-14 10:49 AM btw, Amazon is the best place to download mp3's. It's DRM free, so you can put them on any device, they have a huge selection, and most are only 89 cents.

Nice!  I hate the BS you have to go through to get a song from Itunes and get it converted to something any other player can use...

Hey Yanti - tell me this.  I was thinking about doing a spring tri in SoCal - but I don;t know which one to choose.,  Being that it is so early in the year for me - I was thinking a sprint - maybe a sprint and a half.  What ya got?

Did they move the date of Cinci?  Didn't it used to be in May?  I wonder what happened...

I say the 'Burgh cause they bring it back this year after a hiatus of several years... and it used to be a major marathon.... I would run it but I am looking at doing a half at the end of May... so no to that.

None of those cities sound very appealing to me...  I wont' be flying out there any time soon.

How about the Rock and Roll out west?

That is still an open argument.

I loves me a full goody bag, but I want it to be easy to navigate pre- and post race dealies too.

It is May, May 3rd- you're reading it wrong - he's got the date posted after the event name.

Yeah, this is WAY easier. I've been loading songs on my crackberry all morning. I just open up 2 explorer windows, and drag and drop. Piece of cake.

Interestingly enough there's not that many spring tris here. I've done or strapped all three of these:

1. Ironbruin at UCLA (early March). Plus: awesome goody bag, well-organized local tri. Minus: small. VERY hilly. Pool swim.

2. Desert Triathlon (mid-April): Plus: Fairly big tri, but still with small feel. Super flat course. Minus: it's way the hell out in the desert.

3. The Dam Triathlon (early May). Plus: super friendly, well-organized local tri, beautiful setting. Minus: very small.

The whole point is that they are all bascially close... and would require very little travel. Louisville is the furthest away ~5 hours by car.
