I can't "talk" serious. Unless it's a serious discussion involving areolas, vulvas, peniles and other such organs... at least not in TAN.

so if you were appointed to the supreme court, how would you rule on the constitutionality of naked friday?

It would be mandatory unless weather was an issue.  I don't want to see any frostbitten bajingoes.
