I sneezed and my response was: ohmyeffingGodthateffingHURTeffingowwwwwiiiiieeeeeeee! Not surprisingly I didn't get a "bless you" or a "gezundheit" (or however you spell that word) from anyone. Been there ... I don't get sore like that anymore. I've beaten down and at some point pushed every muscle in my body to extreme. Like what I did today .. I won't even be sore tomorrow over it though it looks like I should be dead. The problem was that I haven't done ANYTHING except s/b/r for the last 6 months or so, and then I have to go and try and be all tough for the personal trainer to try and show him that I wasn't a wimp. Stupid ego and pride and such. |

I do it ..poorly .. but dammit I try! Once I'm done with this silly race thingy we've got coming up in (GULP) a little over 2 teeny, tiny weeks... I'm going to go back to doing more work with weights, etc. for a little variety At my gym in Vancouver there were 3 of us (2 guys and me) that did the same bootcamp class every M/W/F and would kick each others butt during the class. It was awesome, but dayum was I ever SPENT after the class was done. |

I don't know if anyone on TAN is close to St. Louis but there is a yard display that's amazing. My aunt and uncle insisted we drive 20 minutes to this guys house because he had a electric train setup in his front yard and I was NOT in the mood. One of those things you smile and say yes because it's family and end up spouting a string of obcenities in your brain and try not to role you eyes. But when we got there, it was jaw dropping. This guy build a permanent display and even holes in his walls so he can park the trains inside. The amount of detail and money this guy must have spent was staggering. I THINK I have some pics somewhere, I shall find them. |
