I just got back from the pool, rode to the pool and back home. Can this be counted as a brick? Pool is 4.2km from home, well this one is.

Did it meet the "within 15 minutes of each other" rule? If yes, then it all a brick!

I've been really wanting to do a run/bike/run session. It's about 1.5 miles to my pool.

That or swimming.  But we have a much better swimmer than me on our relay.  And a good runner.  I just have to kick butt on the ride.
