Had a weak peachy week three.  Didn't get anything in Saturday and  mostly token stuff the rest of the week.  The scales and measurements reflected the weak effort.   Will make a strong effort this week!

If anyone is interested, Abbie started a Down For The Holidays challenge.  Great way to stay focused on our bodies for the holiday season.  You can check it out here!

Yep, at the finish line, I told hubby I'm on for Red Hills which is another local tri in March or April.  I'll have to up my game tho cause it has some big, bad hills.  Guess I'll have to put on my big girl pants (or actually big girl shoesCry) because I haven't been doing the clipless pedals because I had so many wrecks.   But yesterday was fun so I thought I'll try to be a big girl.

I almost gave up after my first season with clipless, but I tried a different brand and it made a world of difference getting in and out of them.  Just keep working with them and if it doesn't get better, talk to someone at your LBS.  You'll get the hang of them in no time.  Really, if I can do it, ANYONE can do it!

Yea!!!!!  I made the whole month peachy!  Hope to get in some more running this evening but I'm now officially peach.  I hope everyone reports in on their month.  Missing days is fine; just report your number of peaches because it's always better to focus on the successes instead of the small missed days.
