Master 1480 Plant City, FL | Subject: RE: Team Yuengling-August Goals I put up some HUGE swimming today. Not huge by Bostic standards, but freaking enormous by mine!! I'm one swim away from polishing that off. I've got a HUGE bike ride schedule at buttcrack of dawn tomorrow before work, and a big fat 18 mile run on Sunday also before work. All I will have left is some core work to get me to 100% baby!! C'MON TEAM!! Now is NOT the time to start being a "kitten" ( you ALL know the word I want to say here, but I just can't say it!!) Extreme Veteran 347 Chapel Hill, North Carolina | Subject: RE: Team Yuengling-August Goals Rick, have a safe trip! Jeff, Tom, and I put a hurtin' on our bike goals for the month. We had a fantastic ride of the Duke Liver Center 1/2 IM bike course this morning. Some GOOD hills, and a new PB speed of 43.7 mph, while not pedaling at all. I'm getting ready to drag Alex kicking and screaming (yeah, right) to the pool for a bit. I need to do some swimming! Before the swimming, here's where I stand: August Team Yuengling Goals:
Let's get on it, Team Yuengling......and HAVE SOME FUN!!!! |

Master 1791 Raleigh, North Carolina | Subject: RE: Team Yuengling-August Goals Jean's got the weekly numbers out. Trixie put it best last week...3rd place sucks. WAY TO COME OUT IN WEEK 3!!! We're back out where we belong. Check out the stats: Team Yuengling 68.1% Y'all ready to tear it up this week! Once again, we're marked women and men. We've got targets on our backs and everyone is gunning for us. Those with core workouts, try to knock them out....they're big from a % standpoint! Find that low % and crank em out (I've got some running to do. ) We're starting to see a few 100's pop up. Get the green! Finish hard. A nice hard push this week will give us the last week to bask in our glory. GO TEAM YUENGLING!!!! |
