Veteran 250 Cape Coral, FL , Florida | Subject: RE: Black Flies Team thread i will get out tomorrow guys !! i feel like i been a bit behind the power curve but i just needed a day travel. plus my hamstrings are tight as can be . like way now than the norm. i dont know why but even during my 3D bike fit i think it could have been different . you know not really i have seen the tapes and my hip flexors are like a 140 degrees so it was just some sore legs i think that was slowing down my hamstring but my to head was 104 and my flexibility showing i can go to a 125 degree like for a sprint , like flat with the top bar ! it felt good but not for the IM i got to think about a little comfort.. anyways lets see what happens tomorow |
