Hey Kristen...can't help you with the first part but if you will rub your hands on something (anything) Stainless Steel (knife, sink, pan, whatever) it will get the onion smell out (it also works GREAT for garlic). I just use the back side of my large chef's knife and it works like a charm. Bed Bath and Beyond (if you have those in your area) sells a small SS medalion that you can keep at the sink just for this purpose.....sorry but it doesn't work for the rest of you when you stink after a workout... |

Just finished packing my bag for transition... not a lot of stuff there so now Im worried Im missing something... goggles, shoes, bike shoes, helmet, glasses, socks, towel... plus some extras like sunscreen, change of clothes, plasters, pain killers (just in case), running cap, ID, keys, a bit of cash... Dont think Ive forgotten anything!!!
