I did get in a nice bike ride though. The weather was decent and all.

To make you even more manly I could change the team name from 'Powerpuff Girls' to just 'The Powerpuffs'

Ive never been chased by a dog when riding... nto sure Id know what to do if I was!

Don't change it.  I'm starting to like the name.  It'll be the one month that I can get called a girl and not take it personally 

I figured the dog would tire out eventually. While there was a good headwind I wasn't exactly going slow.

I was more scared that I was going to hit it when it came out of the ditch at me. That dog is lucky I wasn't a car

Being chased by dogs is good sprinting practice.

Being a girl does have its charms

I've been chased by a few dogs; it's kinda scary. I've always heard that you should get off your bike, put the bike between you and the dog, and then command the dog to "STOP! GO HOME!" Let me tell you, when you are being chased the last thing on your mind is stopping!

hmmm well sprinting is not a speed I have... maybe the lack of dogs is why...

Even more so when running.  At least on the bike I know I can get away 

I've also been chased by a cow, but that a whole other story.  And not training related for that matter. 

I'm glad you all like the table.  I'm a big fan.

I didn't run today.  Training plan called for biking.  I'll run tomorrow.

Hey all! Nice to be in another challenge! Yea!

I'm Jen from Mississippi. In Birmingham for work stuff, lost INTERNET for a few days due to storms. So I  am just catching up. This is my first tri season, loving it so far. Basically I am a newer runner, had an injury, started doing multi sports while healing my foot. Love it so much, never going back. I did my first ever duathlon two weeks ago, have two sprints planned for the summer, a few more little du's, and a half marathon in June.

I will be using running for my challenge, since I feel I need to get back up to pre injury numbers to prep for my half. So my challenge is to get up to 8.5 miles by the end of the month.

Very appropriate!
