Morning Beasties!  Is sure is raining up a storm out there today.   I am gonna hit the trainer hard today.  I need to sweat off some of my ever expanding rear.  No running for me.  My foot is screaming at me from the tenth of a mile walk to the bus stop.  I think I'll do some googling and then decide if I need to make a doctor appointment or what.

Speaking of doctor appointments (ready for a surprise?) Cole has one this morning.  Shocker, I know.   Hopefully we can figure out what is causing his GI distress and fix him up.  I am hopeful!

Have a great day guys.  I will get to 100% on my bike goal, my swim goal and hopefully my weight goal too!

I have less than 25 miles of biking left for my goal after my 54 mile ride this weekend!  That will be no problem to finish by the end of the challenge.  Going to run on Tuesday, but there is no way I'm going to get the 20 more miles I need.  Sorry team!

Got another run in this morning - almost to my goal and I should top it by Wednesday.  The swim is looking one session short, but I will get the biking done too.  My fourth goal is not tracking a percentage, don't know why, but I am going to get at least 100% on that too.  Way to go team!!  Keep training!

Went to work this morning; we had ceiling lights, but no outlet power so no computers. Hung out waiting to see if they might come back, but went home after about 2 hours.

I did an easy trainer spin so I'm over 100% on biking.

Hi there bEASTies--logged another 4 miles.  On track to meet/exceed my goals, so this challenge has been really great for my training.  Thanks for all the motivation.

Going to get in a run today, although I've already maxed that at 105%.  Hoping to get my last swim in tonight if my hubby can get home at a decent time.  If not, I'll fit it in tomorrow.  Last bike tomorrow to put me at or over my goal.  Wednesday... it's a planned run day but will have to see if I feel like maxing something else out.  Smile

Plus, I really need to start packing for my trip to Buffalo this weekend...  All I need is to get there and realize I forgot the Easter baskets!!!

Very dreary day here.  I was able to get in a swim this morning, so I'm getting closer to my swim goal.  I just went for a jog/walk with my daughter... it's difficult to run while pushing her in her wheelchair, but managed to get in a little bit of a workout.  Plus it was nice to get out of the house.  This weekend is supposed to be spectacular weather-wise.  Can't wait to head out for a family bike ride.  Have a great day bEASTies and let's get in a bunch of training over the next 2 days!!!

Bill you rock!!  And I am not self-posting here

Do you have an athletic wheelchair for her or the standard?

That is awesome - you are a superbly awesome father - keep it up!!!!

x2!  What a great way to spend time with your daughter.

I spent all day at the doctor's with Cole.  Between seeing the doctor, pharmacy (prescription refill), referral office, lab and chatting with a friend of mine, we managed to be there for HOURS.  A quick stop for a late lunch (really quick as Cole started to get sick) and home.  I am ready for a nap.  The doctor is running a million tests on him.  If they all come back negative, then I get to do a food log for awhile to see if there is any coloration between his eating and his GI issues.  Hopefully we'll have answers soon!

Lots of parenting challenges today, I see.  Good luck to everyone in that regard.

With respect to the challenge - I will be doing a workout tonigh, tomorrow & Wed.  Yes, I will be taking it right to the 31st to make my 100% on both my goals.  No going over for me.

Bill mentioned the nice weather this week.  I am going to be in heaven.  It's supposed to go up to almost 70 degrees by Friday.  And, Friday is a holiday (do you guys have Good Friday off?), and we also get Monday off at my office.  So, 4-day long weekend with sunshine and warm weather.  Woot!!

GO BEASTIES!!!

Hi bEASTies:  Haven't been posting much the last few days.  I see we are on a new thread, and we now have a Sugar Daddy by the name of Sal who is going to buy me a new bike.  Most excellent!  I can't find the standings from last week.  Do we have the TWISTERS on the ropes?
