Extreme Veteran 301 Charlotte, North Carolina | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs What a Beautiful Sunday for a run! Get on out there, clock in a few miles, perhaps even a recovery jog walk to keep those thighs nice and warmed up... Don't forget to check the excel file for mileage... And keep that potasium and omega-3 close... they are key for muscle rebuilding after a good run! Go Scrambled Legs! |

Master 1284 Victoria BC | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs 1for1 thanks for being our team Captain. Everyone looking good. I am sure that some places are tough to get out and run in the Snow. I am lucky here a bit of rain and some wind. I am hoping to get another 10 in tomorrow morning so that should put me on a good track for the month. |

Master 1284 Victoria BC | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs Well my week is over for running only got 8 in this morning but brought my monthly to date total to 19.21 and 38% so not a bad start. I ran more this week then I usually do so that should be good for when I slack off. |

Expert 697 Atlanta, GA | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs Today was a 24 mile ride (my longest yet!), so no running miles logged. I'm done for the week as well! I'm super proud that I was able to get the mileage in this week. I had to skip a run, but knew I'd have a long run on Saturday that would help out! |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs 1for1 - 2008-01-06 5:23 PM Ok, so here's what's in my work out playlist, what's in yours? Since I was swimming today, my playlist was empty. Although, there were 40,000 screaming children in the pool with me. It was "delightful".... :P (It was WARM outside today. You'd think the parents would have done something OUTSIDE today, and not brought their screaming children to an INDOOR pool. But noooooo..... Although, with all their jumping, it made the pool seem like I was doing an OWS. So that's something, I guess....) Anyway, I had a very nice swim today. Despite the screaming children. Thank you for asking.... (What? You were asking YOUR team. And not me? Oh. Nevermind then.) Dee |

DC | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs My workout playlist has 47 songs on it...in case I ever am able to run more than 3 miles I guess I'll appreciate that. Most often played songs on it: Cascada- Every Time We Touch (Club mix) Bob Sinclar- Rock this Party & World Hold On & Fireball Evermore- It's too Late Daft Punk- Technologic & one More Time Timbaland- Release Although I think the best song to run to (the one I frantically scroll through my iPod to get to before the last hill of my run) is Kanye West- Stronger. I am not a huge rap fan (I only listen to it while running or dancing at the bar), the lyrics are awesome for motivation ("what does not kill me...can only make me stronger"). Lotta techno. Mmm. |

I think I may have to up the mileage, these challenges are great for getting you out the door. I really didn't think it would make that much difference so I went very conservative. |

Expert 1099 Broadlands | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs My Playlist is currently the whole Clubmix Classics album. Awesome high energy workout music, especially N-Trance and Set You Free. Play N-Trance immediately after LMC vs U2 with Take me to the Clouds Above, if that doesn't get you running nothing will |

Expert 844 Denver, Colorado | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs Way to start out the week team!! I don't listen to music when I workout, I try to get a song stuck in my head or just drift off thinking about whatever I want to think about. I find that if I run and drift into thought the run goes faster, and I get a lot off of my mind while I'm running and I'm refreshed after the run. I also liek to think about racing when I run. |
