barqhead - 2008-02-26 1:23 PM I'm at 100 percent on the spreadsheet, but 59.82 miles to be precise. I have one more three miler scheduled for Friday. Nothing like coming down to the wire! This challenge has been awesome getting me ready for my 10K! Pam

Great job, push over the top as you loosen up for your 10K  Go out and have a great race.

I am 9 minutes short of my target as it stands now with one more run scheduled for this month.  Not having a repeat of last month so I should exceed my goal and have my "runnyest" February ever.

Yay, Scott!

Good luck to you. I have a 10k on Saturday.  It's a trail run though, non competitive. Last time I did it I turned up late and missed the course description etc and ended up running 2 extra miles. LOL   Have a great time Pam!!!

SCISSORS!  I really am going to miss this team   It makes me so sad! I hope we can all keep in touch! I've added quite a lot of new friends to my list (I know I'm a HORRIBLE! inspirer though!)  It's great fun motivating other people along!

My last run will be tomorrow and it's a short one at 29 minutes,I'll get about 2.5 miles in which brings me 4.5 miles above my total    Meso proud of everyone!

Are any of you going to be a peep in March?

Hey there Lynne...don't make me sad - with all this good-by talk...I am not one for byes!....once a sister....always a sister! just a long distance one!

Way to go on your run...I will be running with you tomorrow...I need to run a 6er to get me to the 110% for the team.....what time should we leave?

I am gonna do my first little tri this weekend, that is if I can find a suitable and fairly reasonable wetsuit to swim in. It is in the bay and even though I swam outside today..swimming in the bay....not sounding so enticing!?

Will you be training when you move? and still using your BT log?...hope the hair is still looking woondebah! and know that you will be one of the most fashionable girls around...with all the new swim suits, shoes and new hairdo..you are gonna knock them dead....in a good way! have a good evening...going to bed...i am beat! have a good evening and see you for the run tomorrow - what time will we be running!?!! Julie

Awww such SISTA LOVE!!!!  I love it!!!  I hope to see ma PEEPS in March!  With the nights getting lighter and me training my 2 friends I should get plenty of time in the saddle, if only it felt like sitting on a peep. haahahahhaaha  Ouch.  I rode the spin bike at the gym tonight, I quite enjoy doing that because I can get in my "me" zone and not be bothered by eejits in cars or the like.

Ok. I iz blabberin again. Night all.

Oh before I go.  Yesterday I bought myself a jar of nutella and NOW...NOW I CANNOT FIND IT! I am distraught!! I only had ONE spoonful out of it too.  Sniff.
