I have one more three miler scheduled for Friday. Nothing like coming down to the wire! This challenge has been awesome getting me ready for my 10K! Pam Great job, push over the top as you loosen up for your 10K Go out and have a great race.
I am 9 minutes short of my target as it stands now with one more run scheduled for this month. Not having a repeat of last month so I should exceed my goal and have my "runnyest" February ever.
Yay, Scott! |

Hey there Lynne...don't make me sad - with all this good-by talk...I am not one for byes!....once a sister....always a sister! just a long distance one! Way to go on your run...I will be running with you tomorrow...I need to run a 6er to get me to the 110% for the team.....what time should we leave? I am gonna do my first little tri this weekend, that is if I can find a suitable and fairly reasonable wetsuit to swim in. It is in the bay and even though I swam outside today..swimming in the bay....not sounding so enticing!? Will you be training when you move? and still using your BT log?...hope the hair is still looking woondebah! and know that you will be one of the most fashionable girls around...with all the new swim suits, shoes and new hairdo..you are gonna knock them dead....in a good way! have a good evening...going to bed...i am beat! have a good evening and see you for the run tomorrow - what time will we be running!?!!
