Whats everyone's plans this weekend? Working hard? Playing hard? Training hard?

I will have to take a book bag full of work with me when I leave today.  But, I will take that bag to the lake.  Work on weekends is ok so long as  I get to see the water as I wake up and have a cup of coffee the deck with the birds and squirrels.  If work goes well, then there will be a boat ride and swim around 5 or 6.  I could do better if I were retired.

mr2tony - 2012-08-11 1:34 AM What are the hot topics up there I should jump in on?

Really, it's just the usual shenanigans, logical fallacies, and I-want-to-improve/why-am-I-not-improving (but don't want to do any work).

Well duh, don't all of us want the magic pill - you know, sit on the couch, eat chips, drink beer and still be able to knock off a 2:30 Oly every weekend?

Oh, it's not a pill, it's coconut water!

coconut water is SO GROSS!

I agree. I was shocked at how awful it was. As in, I immediately spit it out after a rep gave me some one time. Blech. I love all things coconut, too. Well, apparently not ALL things.

You just don't like the milk that comes out of the nuts.

I threw in some coconut water in a smoothie a few times - didn't taste it at all. And I hate all things coconut.

coconut water on its own is just....a really awkward texture and color....and the taste....there are so many things wrong with it.  i could see how it would be good to cook with or make a smoothie with though, because there IS coconut flavor there.  kind of.

Texture? Color? It shouldn't have any texture or color at all, perhaps just a slight tint like saltwater might have. It's just like water. If it's real coconut water and not the preservative-laden sugared crap, the taste will depend on the type and age of coconut.

yeah I think we are more or less talking about the preservative-laden kind.

I like coconut water straight out the the coconut. I guess that's coconut milk? I don't know.

the kind i tried was not sugar laden (i read labels) and maybe only had a preservative on the list.  but whatever they do to package it may have been the problem - pasteurization?  and by texture i don't mean it had one...it was thicker than water but thinner than milk...an in between sliminess....

here in a-murr-ca we can't just whip a coconut off the trees, you know!

Nope. That's coconut water, or coconut juice.

Coconut milk is a thick, oily white substance extracted from the meat and is nearly 100% fat.

If you had coconut sized bewbs, what bra size is that?  prly pretty big.

How about grapefuits and/or oranges?

Sometimes I say a girl has volleyball sized, but that's probably an exageration except for that ONE time when it wasn't.

Alright, well I like that water...the straight out of the nuts kind (take that Cord) just not the bottled kind.

Yep, pretty big even if they were small--the smallest ripe edible coconuts are about softball sized.

Yeah, how come COCONUT SIZE isn't an option on the poll? Sheesh.

Hmmmm, what do you think ladies? A D MAYBE a DD? Perhaps?

Grapefruits are more of a solid C and an orange is a B
