No, I don't want to overthink about it. I listen to my body and eat till I'm almost full. I follow a mediteranian diet with losts of fruits, veggies, beans, fish, extra virgin olive oil etc I do drink 1-2 Protein shakes a day, as I'm not a huge fun of meat, especially red meat.
