Good morning TAN.  What's with all the cold weather?  It's 30 something here in Houston.  That's get in your bones cold down here.

It dropped into the 20's last night.  I made an effort to wrap my outdoor spigots with some towels, turn off my irrigation and cover the water valves leading to the house.

Everything seemed ok this morning, but I'm praying the pipes to the pool are ok, and nothing happened to the underground irrigation pipes.

I had to watch them over the din of a dinner party.  They seemed to have no rhyme or reason.  I thought I say best picture, and Les Mis wasn't even on the list?

Nothing was mentioned about flight except a best actor nod to Denzel.  Seems when you try to give awards to TV and movies, there is so much, they don't cover it all very well. 

With all these freezing cold TAN peeps......How ever can we stay warm?  Ideas? Thoughts?

Did not watch all of it, but was surprised the promotion of the cocktailing while on stage.  I loved that many had really red lips! 

I think when you've got a nutritionist, chef, personal trainer, etc... all working for you - and your job is to get swoll for a specific role - it can be done without juicing.

True but they can also use products that are not really juicing but do help. They aren’t in the NFL or something with a ban on substances.

Dwayne has always been ripped.  From his football days, through the WWF and in every movie he's ever been in.  He lost some of the bulky muscle he used to have, but I'd be willing to bet that he's got the type of physiology that allows him to bulk up without too much work. 

From what I remember of Marky Mark - he's also been pretty ripped, but not bulky - maybe he took some tips from the Rock? 

The nutritionist, personal trainer, personal chef, etc., etc., etc., that they have access too probably also help. 

I really want to watch that again... Um... for the dance moves.  Yeah, that's it... for the dance moves. 

I really want to watch YOU watching that ... um ... for your dance moves.

I do have some pretty good dance moves...

No, I know both are predisposed to be ripped/built/fit.  But I'm telling you, you see the trailer and go WOW, they got swoll.  Sort of like how Dr. Dre got huge in that M&M video.

The rock has been huge for like 2 years now like scarry huge. Way bigger than when he was a wrestler.
