I also need to double up although I think it will be more like 15 min for 2 days (I'm pretty sore). I need to find my motivation b/c I am taking my daughter to Disney next week for her birthday, I don't think 7 days to make up is a good plan...

Got my BY beat down this morning...what are we at now?  60 days-ish?  I can definitely notice the difference, even though I've been slacking a bit lately with a few days completely off here and there.  And like Noelle said earlier, it ain't all about the six pack (though it is nice to actually see a little bit of muscle definition in the abs CoolInnocent).

"A" race for me this weekend...a longish sprint (750M,19.5mi, 3.3mi).  Weather is going to be perfect (sunny, low to mid 70s at race time, no wind).  Wish I had a wetsuit, but I'm not going to try anything new on race day.  Any other racers?

It's alright...I am

Knocked out about 12 minutes last night following an easy run. It's race day...yes, a Thursday afternoon race, so I won't get my core until well after the event is over!

Pics or it isn't happening ^ ;)

Not racing this weekend, but kind of wish I was.  I'm missing it already.  Good luck Mike.

-----

I have been hitting core more days than not, though I still haven't put together a perfect week since the start:/  I really need to do it early in the morning, and just get it done.  Way too easy to blow off after dinner.

This morning I decided to just keep it really simple.  Picked three exercises (push ups, planks, and straight sit-ups) and just rotated through to failure until I hit 10 minutes.  KISS method in effect.

Found this the other day and thought it might help some of those who were asking about what exercises they could do. Sometimes I find it helps kick start my plan if I have a visual.

(I hope the little pics show up ok)
