I broke part of a front tooth as well here but I wasn't doing anything exciting.

It's a chocolate milk kind of morning.   Just sayin'.        Haven't been this sore in a long time.

Training log says she had a bike accident on Saturday and needs to be in surgery all day tomorrow but didn't specify why.  Please keep her in your thoughts!!

I have a pathetic love of strawberry Quik.  Kinda goes along with my love of Lucky Charms.  I don't think my taste buds are ever going to grow up.

My swim race was good.  There were 4 of us and we were mostly out there to support our friend who is just getting back into triathlon.  She was pretty nervous about the open/salt water, but she did really well.

The century was good.  Perfect day for a bike ride.

My companions were a bit slow, and I could have ridden faster for the entire duration.  I ended up not being very tired.  I'd like to do another one sometime where I could jump on the back of the fast groups that are going by and really cruise.

Finally have the professional pix from the Broncos 7k. I hope Mary won't mind my sharing them . It was hard to decide which one of Mary to post. This one is closer up but the other one had her arms raised in victory. I went with the closer shot so you could all see her wonderful smile. (BTW, yesterday during the Broncos game I took joy in the fact that as the players ran on the field we had run through their Bronco Tunnel)

Haven't had a chance to look those pics up.  They turned out pretty good (other than the fact that I think I look a bit dorky).  I had that same thought - so cool to think that we've been there too.  I tried to stay awake last night through the whole game but conked out toward the end of the 3rd quarter.  I'm such an avid fan.
