Hi

I'm in the 103% club - can that be a club?

LOL

WHEW!!!!

I made it!

How about the 100+% club?

I think there is a 100+% club.  We have a lot of people there or almost there.  As a team we are just over 100%!!!

My plan calls for a run on Friday, but I might do a 10 minute warmup jog tomorrow night just in case.  That will put my at 100%.  Then Friday will be "bonus"

I ran 3.12 miles this morning, so I am now at 60.21.  Yeah!  Made my goal!!!  I'm not sure if I am running again tomorrow or not, so I might just stay at 100%.

I think I am going to push my long run to Sunday - next month Frown

but then throw in my easy run at lunch today so I will go over 100.  Overall, I think that is the right call for my body right now.

Great month everyone - hitting your goals.  I think I saw a lot of you on the Peeps signup so catch you next month.  Hopefully some of us will be together again then!

Yes I'm alive! Very tired but alive. I just updated my log and yes I exceeded my goal. Even though I have made my goal my workouts have suffured a whole bunch. I've actually been bummed about not getting any cycle or more importantly any swimming in. I have the Super Seal coming up on the 6th of April and I'm not sure I'll be ready. Hence I will focus on my swimming next month as opposed to my running in which I already feel comfortable.

Although i have suffered in workouts, it is due to a successful business month. Hence I'm both happy and sad at the same time. I have figured out that I'm cutting back on my school, not stopping, but cutting back.

I hope everyone has been doing great on their goals as well. I'm at work and I can sign on and talk for a while at least, so i'll check-in off and on today.

That's great Hector -- and congrats on a good month work-wise.  Yeah, I've had enough running for a while too.  Time to swim and bike.

I logged my last run of the month, another 3.7 miles. This puts me into the 110% club! I think this makes the most running miles I've ever done in a month. Thank you for the encouragement! Onward and upward!

Now, I guess it's time to focus on biking. Peep, peep!
