40s is ridonk. They can't run to Walmart and get you some space heaters?!

2/3 boilers at work are down. The other one is due for inspection this week, and word has it, it very well might fail.

Coldest weather in Tucson since the 1980s, and we're all here shivering at our desks.

Just once, I'd like to work for a company that gives a crap about it's employees...

I empathize... few things are as miserable as being really cold.

Agreed would rather be a lot of things, NOT COLD!

I think I'm coming in tomorrow in my full snowboarding outfit - including boots and helmet.

Wear the helmet at your desk

Helmets are always a good idea!!  rRght Pitt?

Absolutely! Need the protection.

That would involve 1. spending money, and 2. violating rules in place that say we can't have them... more importantly, #1.

And of course the safety and welfare of their employees is a trivial thing to keep in mind be dismissed at all costs.

I haven't turned the heat on in my apartment so it gets down to the 50s at night. But 40 at your desk is a little ridiculous.

My first office in the Marine Corps was a Qwonset hut. It would be below freezing in the morning. It was brutal.

Kido - 2013-01-14 11:07 AM If any of you girls are into muscle heads.  There was a trailer for No Pain no Gain with the Rock, and Marky Mark (without the funky bunch) and some other big names.  They got swoll!  Man they put on some weight.  I wondered if they juiced for the movie roll?

Dwayne has always been ripped.  From his football days, through the WWF and in every movie he's ever been in.  He lost some of the bulky muscle he used to have, but I'd be willing to bet that he's got the type of physiology that allows him to bulk up without too much work.

From what I remember of Marky Mark - he's also been pretty ripped, but not bulky - maybe he took some tips from the Rock?

The nutritionist, personal trainer, personal chef, etc., etc., etc., that they have access too probably also help.

No, I know both are predisposed to be ripped/built/fit.  But I'm telling you, you see the trailer and go WOW, they got swoll.  Sort of like how Dr. Dre got huge in that M&M video.

The rock has been huge for like 2 years now like scarry huge. Way bigger than when he was a wrestler.

I just saw the trailer and dayum is he ever big.  Freaky big.  As much as I'd like to believe with my rosy coloured glasses that they DIDN'T juice to get that size, it certainly would have helped.

Oh, and an FYI - the correct movie title is Pain & Gain.

40 at your desk is completely insane.  There's no way they should be keeping the place open.

I rented Magic Mike over the weekend. Posted without further comment.

I really want to watch that again... Um... for the dance moves.  Yeah, that's it... for the dance moves.

Why watch that when you got me and my dance moves. Awwww yeahhh gurrrl.

Step one: Cut a hole in the box.

He's tried that one too many times already.

Box was too thick to penetrate the interior?

I mean this is in the most complimentary way possible ...

All this talk of the Rock and then you (Chris) commenting on it as well makes me laugh.  Your profile pic reminds me of the Rock every time I see it.  Is that your alter-ego?  By day, Chris, by night former WWF wrestler and action hero, the Rock! Laughing

[seriously almost typed an acronym for laughing out loud]  I'll take that as a compliment, but one wholly unearned

I think Rock's arm might be the size of one of my legs... although, that pic was taken when I still had some size to me.
