This morning I swam 2600m non-stop FS! It's the longest non-stop swim I've done and I think it's also the longest swim session I've done. Started in a lane with 3 others circle swimming and out lasted them all by a long shot Cool way to start the day!

**long swim toppage!

I usually do, but then a dump truck started emptying the dumpster outside my window and then I realized I really had to go to the bathroom and it was all over after that.

Me too.  Which is why I got up at 10:30 this morning.  I didn't go to bed until 2:30, but that's another story.

Just kidding...congrats on getting in! What's the process for that? Time qualification, lottery, other?

I entered the lottery, you can qualify but for a guy my age I would have to run a marathon in 3:10 or so which is well ... out of my ligue for now
