She has a gymnastics meet tonight and her friends wanted a ride so they could watch. Also, my in-laws are goign and they don't like to drive after dark. So, I used one of my reward days and rented a minivan. She ran in the house off of the bus and thanked me and called the way back for her and her friends. To a kid: Minivan > limo. |

Yep, it's been a while since I've done the two together usually it's legs then go row but I wanted to get in one killer cardio workout during the week and the one on Thursday nights is the best. By the time I get home though my legs are dead!! |

Cleveland weather sure is nutty. I'm tired and want to go home. Swim & bike from yesterday are still kicking my butt and I'm sleepy. We headed to the lake last night to get in before the ice storm. We were supposed to get sleet and freezing rain today. We have some but it is mostly rain. We have power and internet. I was hoping for more of a challenge, I built a small fire in the fireplace for ambience and have had a pleasant day catching up on laundry and reading on structural analysis for my wheel truing algorithm. This is the way geeky people retire I suppose. TW |

I had a leg day last night too. But I think I'm tired cuz it's Friday. I always feel this way on Friday. Thing is, I have been swamped since day one this week and it FELT like it should be Friday on Tuesday afternoon. It's been a LONG week. |
