1 hr trainerroad of Peavine on Weds. Lots of time pushing big gears at low effort - felt easy compared to SF.

Will do, but right now I'm in information overload!! I've tested the Specialized Shiv and Fuji Norcom, and this weekend I have a scheduled fit and test ride for a 2015 Cervelo P2 and Felt B14 at another bike dealer. Right now I'm leaning towards the Shiv but I'm curios as to how the Cervelo rides. I've read many reviews on how the Cervelo 'P' series bikes work well for larger guys such as myself.

Adding yesterdays 60' CSI and 45' gym brick (30/15).

Team:

if you are making any tri related purchases please feel free to use this link below to Trisports.com. This is where I got the deal on my bike and well as some other great deals. They have a rewards program where you get money back on your purchases via points that can be redeemed for gift cards. My bike purchase netted me about $150 in gift cards! For full disclosure - if you clink on the link and create an account I get rewarded as well. Thanks!

Seeing that Mitch took a flyer the other day, I was inspired to bag my workout yesterday and accept a business dinner invitation to the Capital Grill. 6 mile treadmill run at lunch. First runch in a while.

Dennis: I ride a P3, height 5'9", 157 pounds and long legs for how short I am. The geometry for a Cervelo is aggressive and it is well suited if you are comfortable riding with a flat back and arms laid out fairly far in front of you. Just make sure it fits.

Quick assembly done. Have to spend sometime this weekend getting her fine tuned and then begin adjusting fit, etc. Can't wait for nice weather to get her out on the road!

Alright Mitch, I see your 90' on the drainer this morning and raise you another 30' - 2 hrs on Hunter - main set 3 x 20.

Sweet ride - I am jealous of those aero break calipers. While I was riding, I was doing the math in mind in terms of what I could resell for my P3 and then go out and get a P5. I think if I am careful, I could do it without my wife noticing. Hmmmmm.

Those 20' intervals @ 95% FTP are tough. Great ride Joe! Next week I kick off Sweet Spot #2 training plan on Trainerroad. I get to do the FTP test on Tuesday. [pink font] I'm really looking forward to it.

I was able to get a Sigma PC15.11. It seemed like it had enough features without being too many, and I found one for a decent price.

Did a short 45' run yesterday in hilly Villa De leyva mostly on cobbles. Glad I didn't break my legs, but the place is incredibly scenic, I feel privileged to be able to experience many countries and be healthy enough to run. I was the only person running here, saw few bikers on mtb, but nobody running.

Your training plan is a guide but you don’t blindly follow it. You shouldn’t know exactly what you are going to do until the day you are to do it.
