Subject: RE: Team Quintana Roo - Cinco de Mayo Mutisport ChallengeI got a question for all you tri expert  Saturday I will have my first triathlon ever. It is getting really exciting and I am getting nervous more every day. I was wondering, would you think that going for a smooth swim the day before my tri is a bad idea? Something like 1000 to 1200 meters maybe nothing to push too hard and get tired for the race but just do some swimming. Usually I go out and run some on my pre race day, but I have to find another pressure releiver activity this time :p Or would it be better to just go for an easy ride? Or nothing at all? |
