I went to college in Nashville. "Hi Bob" was very popular on most of the campuses in that area. It was most often played with "Hunch Punch" which was a combination of Hi-C fruit punch and PGA.

I got in another 30 mins on the stationary bike at the gym tonight followed by 1 mile of 2:2 walk/jog intervals. My next scheduled will be on Saturday. I'm right on pace for meeting my challenge goal.

Hi team

I hate to say it, but I am going to need to withdraw from the challenge. between missing 5 days because of my ear infection and life in general - I just don't think I can get it done.

Work is going to be pretty unpredictable, so making it to spinning class isn't always the easiest and I'm only going to be home 2 weekends with access to my bike and who knows what the weather will bring

this weekend my family (well at least a couple of them) are coming to PA to do house hunting and I already know I won't be able to make spinning class based on the scheudle

I'd be happy to stay on and be captain and cheerleader if you'll still have me!

What I do to get my in for this team.......step one ride to Mom's to get $ since step 2 involves riding to the Dr office and getting a prescription for her, step 3 is over to the drug store. Then back to Mom''s to drop poff the meds so I can finally ride for me....I was out for nearly 2 hrs and only a few minutes here and there at each stop along the way.

alrighty team, we are off to a good start! I updated some of the missing numbers - everyone should still check though to make sure the #'s are right - I tried to stay away from updating anyone's stuff if they had already entered stuff in (but I can't swear I didn't - my memory is fading fast............lol)

I checked my numbers. Somehow you put me in for 6 stages and 9 hours already. I did 4 stages and 5.5 hours by my calculations so I changed it to reflect my logs. If the challenge started last Saturday I rode then, Mon-Wed- and today....
