Master 2429 Falls Church, Virginia | Subject: RE: Hearts - February Challenge Good morning Hearts! I got my love run in this morning, before I get buried in snow. They're predicting about 18-24" now. I'm going to be spending some quality time on the trainer for the next few days. Went to the store last night and got the essentials: frozen pizza, oreos, and beer! |

MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: Hearts - February Challenge Good morning Hearts. Got a bike session in last night. I'll be doing my love session of swimming tomorrow morning unless I can get out of work early enough to go swimming tonight. Had my PT assessment last night and it was sooooooo bad. I only have room for improvement. They would look at me in disbelief that I did a couple of tri's last year. LOL So just think, if they can actually whip me into shape, not only will I do tri's but maybe I'll place in my age group. One can dream. |

Expert 1163 | Subject: RE: Hearts - February Challenge G'morning, Hearts!! I didn't end up getting home until about 10 pm last night and was too tired to go for my run, so I'll just do my tempo session on Sunday. But at least I was finally able to get up early this morning for 45-min bike-loving session on my new trainer set-up! I think when I ride outdoors, I coast a lot because it sure takes a lot of concentration to keep my legs pedaling the whole time! |

Extreme Veteran 574 Southwestern Ontario | Subject: RE: Hearts - February Challenge Morning all. Missed you yesterday, but I did my LOVE run and a swim too. Did someone say pizze and beer? I'm in. We're not getting any snow, but I'm supposed to go tubing on Sunday before the game. Hope the hills still have snow. Southwestern Ontario is funny for winter, not enough snow to be pretty most of the time, but just enough to make everything mucky. The spreadsheet is filling up. GO HEARTS!! Have a good weekend all and don't get too drunk at Super Bowl parties. Okay, get too drunk, but don't use it as an excuse to miss your workout, or work - okay, work. |

Okay, get too drunk, but don't use it as an excuse to miss your workout, or work - okay, work. Don't worry, I have it covered! I'm going to a Super Bowl Bike Trainer party. So I'm planning on getting too drunk WHILE getting my workout in. And if that's not crazy enough, I'm pretty sure the host will be on her rollers. . . This could end badly |

I downloaded it, but it's just looks like it does on the thread. Thanks! It depends upon your settings, but there are a couple of ways. Here are two: Method #1 - Highlight the table. Copy it (CTRL + C) - At the top of the screen, click 'settings" - Click Training Blog Customization - Click Dashboard - Paste the table (CTRL + V) Method #2 - Hit the "quote" button on the post that shows the table. - Highlight ALL the code. Copy it (CTRL + C) - At the top of the screen, click 'settings" - Click Training Blog Customization - Click Dashboard - Paste the table (CTRL + V) Instead of pasting the picture (above), you'll be pasting the code into your dashboard. Once you click "update dashboard," if you still see the code (rather than the picture), scroll to the top of the screen click Training Log. If you still see code after that, let me know.... Method #2 sorta worked...Thanks |

Master 2429 Falls Church, Virginia | Subject: RE: Hearts - February Challenge Well, the snow has begun but it isn't sticking yet. Didn't stop my mother from calling at work and talking to my boss to make sure I was going to get home safe and sound. Talk about embarassing! I wanted to crawl under a rock and die. Edited to add: I haven't lived at home for over a decade, I've been married, bought a house, got a divorce...you know, I'm all grown up and everything. I guess to our mothers we never grow up, but still, I thought it was a bit inappropriate to whine to my boss about the weather. Edited by Atlantia 2010-02-05 2:12 PM |
