Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday (belatedly) Michelle. 

I went to Utah over the weekend and got in hiking and trail running.  I really enjoy that.

I am back to not being able to log in the spreadsheet.  Since my last "x", I have had an ab workout every day except for Saturday, August 21.  If someone would update me, I would be grateful.  Thanks. 

Got it for ya, Leah.  I brought you up thru the 23rd.   Sounds like you had a fun weekend.

I rode my 4-wheeler at a river beach, and then swam in the river for a little OWS workout.  Loads of fun!

Have a great day, Michelle.  Enjoy the sunshine!  I went biking yesterday afternoon in the heat, but then cooled off with a swim in a local lake.  It felt great!!

Oh today was gorgeous!!!! We spent all day outside which means I should sleep really well tonight What lake did you swim in? I ended up riding as the sun was going down so the weather was perfect. Hope you had a great day!!

Glad you had such a great day!  Yesterday's swim was in Horseshoe Lake in Woodland (closer to Portland than to Seattle).
During our bike ride yesterday we had wonderfully clear beautiful views of both Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Hood.  Gorgeous!!

I'm headed out tomorrow for a long weekend riding 4-wheelers at the dunes in Florence, OR.  I won't be s/b/r, but I will do my best to keep up with the core work!  Have a great weekend everyone!

Have fun Dee!!! I too will be leaving town. My birthday present was a weekend scrapbooking retreat and I leave tomorrow. Can I just say I am sooooo friggen excited?!? I am hoping to get at least a run in (and my abs of course!) but I won't hold my breath

Finally updated the spreadsheet again. Life has been crazy and missed a couple of days, need to finish strong.

This month has flown by. I started great but finished lousy.

Sorry I have been MIA.  I was able to update the spreadsheet, so I did.  I see that we are no longer in the lead and hopefully if a bunch of people get caught up, like I just did, we can regain it.
