No change I think, 135, but I can barely see those lines today.  Not enough coffee I guess.

wgraves7582 - 2010-11-10 5:41 AM Well the bang busted today - 179.0 - Don't know how that happened because I had one of my best food days ever yesterday.

Oh well it is the journey that makes it fun!

Funny, it seems like my weight lags behind my good and bad days by a couple of days.  I don't get it.Undecided

Weekends are tough!

Kathy (KOM)  welcome to the challenge.

Anyone seen Shermbelle?  His blog says life took him and shook him last week.  I hope he rolls out of it soon.

Got my run in today and have eaten well so far.  Hopefully the weigh over the weekend was just water!

I "think" he is back Surprised

Yeah life bit me right in the @**

Missed workouts, essentially double work days 3 days in a row= not fun

Life has settled a bit, weight creeped a bit but back on today and will be getting in some solid workouts tonight and daily weigh ins again.

Hopefully everything returns to normal soon.

I am guessing I am not the only one, who really isn't sure what "normal" is anymore Undecided

I've been the same weight for a week. I think I'm going to have to improve my dietary habits or increase my exercise to get this done. *work in progress*

No change here either. I think the needle maybe swinging just south of 135 though.  I wasn't able to exercise at all yesterday.  Hope to get out for a little walk today at least.

SOrry all--I have been absent and need to get our progress spreadsheet updated.  Maybe today but work deadlines are killing me.  Three straight 10 hours days with the end in sight though.  I will update tonight from home.

I am losing weight.  Becoming active again has really helped and not drinking so much beer and almost no sugar.  I need to strength train though so I can build the lean mass I want.

You're doing a great job running this and doing the progress updates - no worries! We all know how we're doing if you need some time to catch up with life.

deehtz - 2010-11-06 8:16 PM I'm flat-lined.  Frown

Don't worry - me too! It happens.

Today my schedule includes making a nutrition plan for the week. I'm going to sort out my breakfasts/lunches/snacks.

Flat line is better than what I did this weekend. Sometimes this weight loss thing mystifies me. I did a long run and a hill workout. With the stuff I had to do Saturaday I only got two meals in, then I fasted Sunday. I even restrained myself at dinner last night. I wanted to eat more. It was sooo good. But I held back. Then this morning I weigh in and my weight is up. I just don't get it.

No fasting Paul. Eat regular small-medium sized meals throughout the day or else you'll take the chance of messing up your metabolism. If you want to make up for a "cheat" day, then eat more fruits and veggies, and cut the junk on your make up day.

I want everyone healthy and safe! I don't want to hear about anyone else starving themselves. Laughing

Sundays are usually a fast day for me because I have a church meeting at 7 and would rather sleep than get up early enough to eat. Then I'm helping to organize things and don't get back home until about 2:30.

Hi!  I'm Debbie and just joined BT a few days ago.  What a great community!

Can I still join the challenge?  With decreased training due to rehabbing, the cold weather, and comfort food, I need a challenge to keep me focused or else I will gain the usual 5 lbs. that I do every winter.

This morning I weighed 124.4 and my goal is 120.

I have found I can take my rings off for the first time all week so that is a good sign my friend is leaving. Will jump on the scale tomorrow and check in since I haven't all week.
